This Too, Shall Pass.

I might not understand how it feels to be you, your problem and your valley of darkness at this very moment, but I do know what it feels like to live a life of hardship. Many times in my life, I feel like God has forgotten me or He is unjust for bringing me ALL these problems, while other people I know, seems so happy. Even if when they say they have a problem, it seems "lighter" compares to mine. We tend to think that our problems is heavier than others, and we tend to assume that other people is happier than us, when we are facing hard times in life.

"The past cannot be changed. The future is yet in your power." - Mary Pickford

It is understandable to feel the hatred, jealousy, unjust, or sadness when you are down, the burden is very heavy, the tunnel seems very dark, and you see other people that you know (family, friends, co worker, etc) seems happy. The worst is, maybe they are actually happier than you at THAT moment. But, knowing that everyone of us has their own valley, burden and sadness. They either not showing it, they have passed it, they have hope, or their problems are different than yours. Sometimes one carries heavier burden than others and it is because everyone has different life, different options, different path that they chose and different way to express or facing their problems. But, you are NOT the only one with problems!
                                                                            (via)

I woke up with this very good reminder from Billy Graham, and I will quote it for you, from this link

"God has a plan for the life of every Christian. Every circumstance, every turn of destiny, is for your good. It is working together for completeness. His plan for you is being perfected. All things working together for your good and for His glory. As a young Christian, Ruth, my wife, wanted to be a missionary, as were her father and mother. But God had other plans for her life. Changing circumstances revealed God’s will to her, and she was happy where God had placed her. So many of us ask God to change the circumstances to suit our desires, instead of us conforming our wills to His. Don’t let circumstances distress you. Rather, look for the will of God for your life to be revealed in and through those circumstances." - Billy Graham

I always reminding myself that circumstances are temporary but character is forever shaped from every circumstances we have in our lifetime. Hardship builds strong characters! If you are facing any problems in life, knowing that you are not alone with problem, we all have ours.

Whatever it is that you are facing right now, This Too Shall Pass!
Whatever it is that burdens you right now, This Too Shall Pass!
Whoever bothers you right now, This Too Shall Pass!

"A grateful heart is an attitude that has been shaped after going through a lot of pain, struggling and down moments. It's a heart that's willing to say thank you and appreciate the present moment with joy because it has learned that life could be a lot worse. "Now, I am going to give thanks and live my life", says that heart." (Me)

“We learn faith through testing, hope through darkness, patience through delay.”
-Rick Warren-

"Dear God, whoever is reading this blog and at the end of their hope, grasping for air while they are drowning, see nothing but darkness in the tunnel and have lost their hope and faith,
I pray that YOU, my God,
will comfort
this
person.

I pray that Your hands will touch their souls and restore their hope. I pray that Your will be done in this person's life and change their life forever.
I pray that You will show them a way out of their troubles,
a life worth living for,
a life worth fighting for.

I pray that You are providing their every needs according to Your richness and glory.
I pray that You will strengthened them, heal them, restore them, and renew their life as they are praying with me.
I do not know what they are going through right now,
I might not understand their burdens and worry,
but YOU do, for nothing is hidden from Your sight and nothing is impossible with/for You.
I pray that Your hand will hold this person and make them realize
how big, how strong, how mighty are You, my Lord.

Even when our parents has forgotten us, despised us, hating us, but You will never forgotten nor forsaken us.

The world is an evil, unjust, and crazy place, but in You, we find our peace, healing, hope, way out, comfort, strength, love and hiding place.

I pray for Your mercy, grace, forgiveness and healing for whoever is reading this blog right now and I pray for Your miracle hands to start working in the midst of our storms in life.
Thank You.
In Your name, Jesus Christ, we pray!
Amen."

NEVER..NEVER..NEVER GIVE UP!

Yes, I am endorsing RON PAUL for President!

I usually do not write or blog about politics, simply because I do not trust any politician and there are a lot of things or persons, that had been sacrificed in the name of politics.

But, I do BELIEVE in RON PAUL. There is something very sincere about him that he actually cares for the people, liberty and freedom. The FACTS that he is an honest politician that he got praises from other people who worked with him.

"Ron Paul is one of the outstanding leaders fighting for a stronger national defense. As a former Air Force officer, he knows well the needs of our armed forces, and he always puts them first. We need to keep him fighting for our country." - Ronald Reagan

Why do I like RON PAUL?

He is very smart, honest, no flip flop statements, he is consistent with his words/promises/stands, cares about the people. He appreciates and values LIFE (the unborn, the troops, the dying people in the countries where wars are still going on, those who are sick, the people of the USA). He is a true conservative man and he represents the values of conservatism. He understand The Constitution so much better than any politician I've  seen in this Presidential race so far. He has been in politics for so long, yet he still stand strong for what he believes, again..NO FLIP FLOP statements. He is humble, down to earth man, has integrity and connected to the young people, even though he is from a different generation lol. He is always trending on Twitter and that is huge for a Republican politician his age ;)

He is a family man, married to ONE wife since 1957, a Doctor who helped a lot of people, a STRONG Christian man who does not use his faith to gain voters. He served in the military and the troops LOVES him.

Some of the things that I, personally, like about his plans/policies are :

-Cut spending $1 Trillion in year one by eliminating 5 unnecessary bureacracies (Energy, HUD, Commerce, Interior, and Education) and returning spending to 2006 levels.
-Cut taxes by lowering the corporate tax to 15%, allowing companies to repatriate capital without taxation, and ending the death tax and taxes on personal savings.
-Repeal ObamaCare, Dodd-Frank, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
-His view on wars. END it and bring the troops home. Enough with the wars already!

"We can achieve much more in peace than we can ever achieve in these needless, unconstitutional, undeclared wars." - Ron Paul

"Sometimes it can be very uncomfortable to ask the right questions and face the truth. When a slick politician comes along and gives a much more soothing, self-congratulating version of events, it is very tempting to simply believe what we would like to hear. But listening to lies does not make us safer, even though it might make us feel better about ourselves. The truth is that ending these misguided wars and occupations will make us safer, more prosperous and more free." - Ron Paul

-Make all Americans eligible for Heath Savings Accounts.
-Provide tax credits and deductions for medical expenses.
-Enforce border security at home instead of overseas.
-Abolish the welfare state - a huge incentive for illegal immigrants
-End birthright citizenship.
-Repeal the federal gasoline tax.
-Defining life as beginning at conception by passing a "Sanctity of Life Act."
-Prohibit taxpayer dollars from being used to support abortions or "family planning" clinics.

These are some of the facts of why we should vote for Ron Paul. You can click the rest here for more information:

Let's pray and vote. May the right man win and rule this country with wisdom, honesty, faithfulness and justice. A man with the heart to serve and protect, to value life, peace and actually do something to change America to a better country in every aspects. Freedom is not free and that is why we must filled this freedom with responsibility as a good citizen, do our job, work, contribute to the world and not taking it (freedom) for granted. Do not get confuse between freedom and I can do whatever I want without limit :)

Ron Paul is the man that the Republican party hates because he is "not conservative enough" (roll my eyes) and the Democrats fears, because he could actually get a lot of their voters attention and votes!

I also love him because his birthday is on August, just like mine! LOL

"We should have a right to keep the fruits of all our labors" Ron Paul

"They are (troops/military) on the front line, they are dying and they don't even know what they are dying for" Ron Paul

PRAY and VOTE

Where is God?!?!

Have you ever wondered why bad things happen to you, or people that you considered "GOOD" people, who does not deserve the bad things?

                                                            (via)

So many times, I have asked the very same question based on my own experiences, other people that I know, news or just everyday reality in front of my very own eyes. The reality of our world is that "Life is NOT fair."

There are things that we can avoid and there are some things that just happened, unavoidable. There are things that we could solve right away and there are things that takes a long time. Everyone has different opinions, struggles and problems. Everyone has their own strength and weakness. What I consider easy might be very hard for others and vice versa. We can't control everything and everyone. We can't measure one faith to the others and we can't please/help everyone as well. Accept the fact that everyone is different and you don't have to know all the answer.

I don't have the answer of why certain things happened to certain people. I don't know how certain people can survive after that horrible tragedy as much as I could never understand why certain people complaining and whining about the silliest thing on earth. But, I come to accept that I don't know everything and I will never understand everything either. Then I come to realize that I am not in control of everything, including my own life. Yes, I could control a lot of things in my life, but I do not know what will happen tomorrow or when and how would I die someday. This is when I go back to my first option, GOD!

When you are at your point in life when you feel like you need help and you found out that human will never be able to help you, then give God a chance. He is able!

Where is God when good things happen? He is right there with you! Where is God when the bad things happen? He is right there with you!

Why didn't He do anything to prevent bad things to happen? I do not have all the answers. Some mistake caused by us, some caused by others, some is just a never ending WHY?! Because we are human, we have limitation.

If you think you don't need God because you know everything about your life and have control over your life, THINK AGAIN!. We do not even know what will happen the next second, we do not even know what our kids would look like, who would be your spouse, how you could get that job, how we are save from certain accidents, where we would be 2 years from now, how or when we would die, what would be the next trending in twitter, and the list continue to a never ending questions of "WHAT, WHY, WHERE AND HOW?".

Have faith, hope and strength in God and in Him alone!. Human will disappoint us, human will fail us, human means yourself as well. But, God will help you through everything in life, bad or good things. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

I know many of you laugh and think that God is not real. If He is real then He should do this and that for us. We think that God suppose to serve us and gives us everything that we WANT and when things does not go the way we wanted, we get mad, sad and blaming God.

                                                           (via) Romans 5:1-5

Give Him a chance,
If you don't like HIM,
then at least you already gave Him a chance right?! ;)

THINK and TONGUE

Food for thought, right? It is such a great reminder for all of us to understand the power of our tongue. The chaos a small tongue could create, the power it brings to a broken heart, a sweet sound, a memory it could create, the war it could started or the peace it could accomplished.

The BIBLE has some great verses regarding tongue, check these verses out:

- Proverbs 21:23 "Whoever keeps his mouth and his tongue keeps himself out of trouble."

- Ephesians 4:29 "Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear."

- Proverbs 12:18 "There is one whose rash words are like sword thrusts, but the tongue of the wise brings healing."

- Psalm 34:13 "Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit."

- Proverbs 15:1 "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."

- 1 Peter 3:10 "For “Whoever desires to love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit"

- Proverbs 17:28 "Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise; when he closes his lips, he is deemed intelligent."

- Proverbs 18:21 "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits."

- James 3:10 "From the same mouth come blessing and cursing."

- Ecclesiastes 3:7 "A time to tear, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;"

- James 3:5 "So also the tongue is a small member, yet it boasts of great things. How great a forest is set ablaze by such a small fire!

Let us be wise to use our brain and heart. Let's decide what words comes to the mind to stay there and goes straight to the heart. Let's also clean up some junks that do not have the right to stay in our mind or heart. Let's filtered every information before we give them a green light to go out from our mouths and speak words that we will never be able to stop or take it back once it comes out of the mighty mouth.

Remember, a tongue might be small but it has the power to create a peace or war. BIG thing comes in a little package eh?! ;)

Quote of the day

"An archeologist is the best husband any woman can have; the older she gets, the more interested he is in her."
Agatha Christie

The sweetest memory will always be with us as we grow wiser and older, together and forever, til death do us part! Cherish each moment because someday we realize that the little things in life are actually the big, beautiful things life could ever have.

Dear God

I was on my way to work today and I felt tired and drained. It was one of those days when you just wanted to sleep longer and work was unbearable plus I was sick. Then, all of a sudden, I felt like God whispered to my heart,
"I am here with you..always!"

That moment was one of the best moment I had in my life. I needed strength, comfort and a friend. God gives me ALL that and more.

If you feel like you are alone, think again!
You are NEVER alone in this world

God is always with you through your pain, gain, tears and laughter. He sees, hears and feels your pain beyond your understanding. His grace is enough! His strength will carry you further in life, even when life is hard beyond words.

"And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
(Matthew 28:20)

I have a confession

I have a confession to make, I have NOT been running for almost two months! GASP! Due to my busy days, lazy days and back pain, I have not been working out for that long. See, running is my confidence, it is my happy time when I could just disappear and get lost in my own mind. When I run, I found myself all over again. I feel good about myself, my body gets stronger, it does not crave junk food and it boost my energy level (also my self confident). Working out is dope!

When I am in my lazy-injured-busy mode, I am unhappy. It actually led me to depression! I could not think clear, I craved junk food..constantly and my energy level dropped! I am officially tired at ALL times. Pretty crazy huh? that is what working out could do to your body, both mentally and physically. It affects your life more than you could imagine.

Today, I am proud to say that I am on my feet again, RUNNING and already happy about myself again!

Just a little tips to make you wanting to get back on doing what you LOVE to do, but have not been doing it due to some down days, time or you've lost that loving feeling moment ;)

1. When you feel down, unhealthy, unhappy and it disabled your ability to face everyday life, then there is something missing in your life. Something that isimportant, something that you must do in order to find yourself again. In my case, running and praying time :)

2. Once you found out what you really want to do in your life, then you should do it right away before it becomes one of those "unfinished business" again. Crossed it out of your to-do list. It will make you happier, feel the accomplishment/victorious moment and something to make you proud and happy.

3. Get something to make it happen. Something that you might need to buy, change, mix up or add to pumped you up doing your "thing" again (whatever your "thing" might be for you). Something to motivate yourself again, maybe set a new goal or visualized yourself doing it and reach your goal!

For me, this is what I get :
- Well, this is not what I actually get myself, but I got it on Christmas. My husband bought me this really awesome lululemon hoodies. Girls, this workout outfits is dope! Every girl should have at least one cute workout outfits.

- I bought and mix a new playlist for my iPhone. In my playlist, you will find mostly hip hop, rap, and rock. That pumped me up!

4. Motivate yourself and find time to do it. ALWAYS prioritize what you need in life. If you neglect yourself, nobody will be able to save you, unless you want to be saved. It is always start with an "I" then the rest will do their own things.

I should obey,
I should learn,
I should change,
I should share,
I should do something,
I should not blame others!

BE STRONG!

Tough year?! ..ALREADY?!

The year just started and you have been excited and optimistic about the whole NEW year, NEW start, NEW beginning, NEW visions, etc. But, reality hits your life..hard! Your personal life taking a downhill, work sucks, relationship issues, your sport teams lost (BOOO!!), etc. You have lost all the joy you had on New Year's eve. You started to think negative and hating your life. DON'T!!

Don't let anything or anyone brings you down. When life gets tougher, FIGHT BACK! Know who you are and your strength. Do not let other people cross your line for their own benefit.

via google search

Whoever and whatever that needed to stay in the past (that include one second ago), SHOULD be left behind, in the past, where they belong. Don't get lost in your own past, get out of there and move forward with your head up! I am a quiet, shy, introvert person. But, underneath all of that quietness, I have a powerful voice and I use that power when needed.

STAY STRONG!
