Rude Boss..Seriously!!

I hate rude people!

I always wonder why people being rude to other people especially when they know they are more “powerful” than the other person. I have seen and experienced myself of how fake people can be, or how rude people can be just because they think they have more money, or in a better position than you are aka boss!

I am sick of people who are trying to blame other people because of their own issue. I think that people look down to certain people just based on their appearance, social status, race, job, or whatever it is that is “less” than they are.

Slavery is one word that sounds old and you think it is not happening in this modern world but it is actually happening. Simple case is your maid at home, especially in Indonesia. A lot of people treated their maid, nanny, babysitter,etc, without respect. Yell at them, angry, give them jobs for more than 12 hours/day and pay less, and we think that we have the “right” to do so just because they are our servant.

People treat other people based on what they do is simply wrong and rude. I am sure that we will not yell at our boss just because they screwed something up, or yelled at a very rich or famous or powerful person even if they spilled their coffee all over you new white blouse.

When we measure someone Else’s dignity based on what they do and not based on who they are as a human being, then we screwed up. We might have differences and all, but it is just wrong to treat other people badly just because we “own” them or because we hired them to work for us.

I have been an employee and an employer myself. I know what it feels like to be the boss and to be the worker. Being a boss is so much fun than being the worker, because when we are the boss, we have the power over someone or something, and when we misused that authority it becomes dangerous and sinful.

We suppose to know the boundary, limit and keep the balance between rights and obligation. Both party must do their part or else it will be unfair and unbalance.

This world is turning and will keep turning. Today you might be a boss, but one day you might be on the other side, so treat other people the way you would want them to treat you.

If God trusted you to be a boss or someone who has authority over someone or something, use the opportunity to glorify Him not to abuse His creations (this includes animal, plants and universe in general).

It breaks my heart to see people working 70 hours/week and do not get the respect they deserve to have. It breaks my heart to see how society treats poor or unfortunate people badly just because they are “nobody” to their eyes. But did you know that every human being is God’s own masterpiece? the apple of God’s eyes?

It breaks my heart to see a single parent who works so hard to provide foods on the table for his/her family and has to work like a horse in a racing area and yer their bosses treated them worst than the jockey treat the horse. Do they even realize that this people that they yell at, mad at, or throw things at are human being just like them?

If you respect other people then people will respect you and above all, God will respect and honor you. When we treat other people badly, we treat God badly.

Remember the world is turning..we never know when our time is up..today we might be the head, but as the world turning, we could be in the bottom.

BE NICE TO EVERYONE INCLUDING THE ONE WHO TREATS YOU BADLY, FORGIVE THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW THAT THE WORLD IS TURNING AND HECK YEAH THEY DON’T KNOW BETTER. I DO NOT CARE EVEN IF YOU GOT YOUR DEGREE FROM HARVARD, BUT IF YOU ACT LIKE AN IDIOT, YOU ARE NOTHING BUT AN IDIOT WHO ABUSE PEOPLE. IF YOU STRESSED OUT WITH YOUR LIFE,THEN MAYBE YOU SHOULD YELL AND DEAL WITH YOURSELF, DO NOT TAKE IT ON OTHER PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE TRYING TO HELP YOU. YOUR MONEY DOESN’T MEAN ANYTHING COMPARE WITH ONE’S DIGNITY.
